Wellness & clinics

Show people what happens inside before they book.

Physio and aesthetics clinics, gyms, yoga and Pilates studios. Your practitioners, your space and your sessions on film.

The problem

Nervous clients want to see the room first

Booking a physio, a personal trainer or an aesthetic treatment feels like a risk to a lot of people. They do not know what will happen, who they will see or whether they will feel daft.

Video answers that before they ask. A practitioner explaining a first appointment, a walk round the studio, a class seen from the back of the room. Clinics need this content more than anyone, and most of them post the least of it.

What we would film at a clinic or studio

The first appointment, explained

What happens, how long it takes and what to wear, from the person they will see.

Practitioners teaching

A stretch, an exercise, what a treatment is for. Short and useful, which is what gets saved and shared.

The space

Rooms, equipment and reception, so walking in for the first time feels familiar.

Classes and sessions

Filmed with members who have agreed, or with staff standing in.

Example day

An example studio or clinic day

Studios start early, so we do too. This is one way a half day could run.

  1. 07:00

An early class, filmed from the back with members who have agreed.

  2. 08:30

A walk round the space and the equipment.

  3. 09:30

Practitioner questions to camera: the first appointment, the common worries.

  4. 11:00

Short teaching pieces, one idea each.

  5. 12:30

    Wrap.

Reels from our content lead

Amber Cannon films and edits our content days. These are Reels she has made for hospitality, retail, beauty, fitness and lifestyle clients. Tap any of them to watch.

The person who edits these is the person behind the camera on your day.

A good fit if

  • You run a clinic, gym or studio where first-timers are nervous
  • Your practitioners are good at explaining what they do
  • You want fewer no-shows from people who did not know what to expect

Probably not for you if

  • You want treatment results promised in your ads

What we can show you

We built the landing page and run the Google Ads for active+, a physiotherapy and occupational therapy practice in Karlsruhe, and Jacob and Nicholas talk about it on camera. That work is search and ads. We have not run a content day for a clinic yet.

Amber has shot and edited Reels for fitness clients, and some of them are on this page.

Questions we get asked

Patients and members only appear if they have signed a release. For anything clinical we can film a practitioner demonstrating on a member of staff, which keeps patients out of it altogether.

Yes, and you sign off every word. Health claims in ads are regulated, so we keep scripts to what your practitioners would say to a patient in the room.

Yes. We film from the edges, agree the spots beforehand, and only feature members who have agreed. Most classes forget we are there after five minutes.

It depends on how long we are there, how many places we film and how much editing you need. You get the figure in writing before you book. The form asks for a rough budget, which lets us tell you straight away whether it works.

We are based in Essex and film across Essex and London most of the time. We go further when the job suits it: our last content day was in Harrogate. Travel outside Essex and London is added to the quote, and you see it before you book.

Tell us what you're working on

Fill in the form and tell us what you're trying to achieve, who you're going after and what you can spend. Mike reads every one and comes back with a straight answer on whether we can help.
