For UK accountants & FCA-regulated firms

Help the clients who need your firm find it, and trust you the moment they do.

Glide is the monthly retainer for UK accountancy practices and FCA-regulated firms. One fee covers your website, the hosting, the SEO foundations, AI-search readiness and marketing drafted against your rulebook rather than around it. From £1,000 a month plus VAT, with nothing five-figure to find upfront. Ads and heavy SEO campaigns sit outside it, and we will tell you when you do not need them yet.

Who we help

We work with UK firms whose marketing is policed by a regulator. Different rulebooks, same problem: growth cannot become a compliance issue.

Financial advisers and IFAs

Your ads and landing pages count as financial promotions, which is the FCA term for marketing that invites someone to take up a regulated service. We market advice firms without turning growth into a compliance problem.

Pricing

One monthly retainer, and your marketing is handled

Most firms that come to us are paying three suppliers and chasing all three. The Glide Retainer replaces that. Your website gets built and then kept improving, your search and AI-search foundations are maintained rather than set once and forgotten, and everything that goes out is drafted against the rules your firm answers to. One invoice, one team, one person accountable. From £1,000 a month plus VAT, with no five-figure build fee to find first.

The Glide Retainer
From £1,000/month

excl. VAT

No setup fee. Three-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.

 • Your website, built and then kept improving. Hosting, SSL, changes and the small jobs nobody gets round to.
 • SEO foundations, maintained. Crawlable pages, titles, headings, schema, sitemap, internal links, Core Web Vitals.
 • AI-search readiness, so answer engines can understand and cite your firm rather than just index it.
 • Compliance-aware copy, built in before anything publishes rather than checked afterwards.
 • Our reasoning shown for every claim we make on your behalf, so your sign-off is a short read instead of a rewrite.
 • A named senior contact who does the work. Mike is accountable for the lot.
Tell us about your firm

£1,000 is the floor, not the average. Firms with more services, more pages or paid media on top sit higher, and you get the number in writing before you commit to anything. The regulatory duty stays with your firm either way. We draft to the standard; we do not hold your permissions.

Not in the retainer. Add them when there is a case for it.

Google Ads, managed

From £500/mo

plus your ad spend. Includes Google's verification for financial-services advertisers, which is where most regulated firms get stuck.

Ongoing SEO campaign

From £1,000/mo

on top of the retainer, for genuinely competitive terms. The foundations in the retainer are enough for a lot of firms, and we will say so rather than sell you this.

Just want a simple site on a small monthly fee? That still exists, quietly, on the pricing page.

Answers

The questions we're frequently asked

What it costs, what's in it, where the compliance duty sits, and who owns the site at the end.

The Glide Retainer starts at £1,000 a month plus VAT. That one fee covers your website, the hosting, the SEO and AI-search foundations, and the compliance-aware marketing work on top. There is no setup fee and no five-figure build to find first. Google Ads management is separate, from £500 a month plus your ad spend, and a heavy ongoing SEO campaign is separate again, from £1,000 a month. £1,000 is the floor rather than the average, and you get your actual number in writing before you commit to anything.

The website itself, built and then kept improving rather than shipped and abandoned. Hosting, SSL, updates and the small changes you never get round to. SEO foundations maintained month to month: crawlable pages, titles, headings, schema, sitemap, internal links and Core Web Vitals. AI-search readiness so answer engines can cite your firm rather than just index it. And the compliance-aware part, which is the whole reason firms move to us: copy drafted against your rulebook, with our reasoning shown for every claim, so approving it is a short read instead of a rewrite.

Yes. We already run compliant SEO and Google Ads for an FCA regulatory compliance consultancy, including advertiser verification and Consumer Duty content. Keeping your marketing inside the rules is the core of what we do, not an afterthought.

That’s exactly why regulated firms come to us instead of a generalist agency. We build in the financial promotion rules, which say any marketing for a regulated product has to be fair, clear and not misleading, and the Consumer Duty, which says your communications have to help customers make properly informed decisions. Nothing goes live that could become a problem.

No, and an agency that tells you otherwise is selling something it cannot deliver. Your firm can outsource the marketing and still carries responsibility for what is published on its behalf, and for mortgage work the record-keeping duty sits with the authorised firm rather than with us. What you get from us is work drafted to the standard in the first place, and the reasoning behind every claim, so the duty you keep is a short review rather than a rescue job.

More than most practices expect. Your own website is regulated advertising under the CAP Code, and your professional body has its own line on top of that: ACCA, ICAEW and AAT all restrict comparative and superiority claims, and AAT also limits holding yourself out for services outside your licence tier. We work to those rules rather than around them. The other half of the job for a practice is time, not marketing: for Aireside we built the deadline automation behind their site as well as the site itself, which is not something a normal agency offers. See marketing for accountancy firms.

Two firms we can name in this sector. Square 4 Partners, an FCA regulatory compliance consultancy, where we run compliance-aware SEO and Google Ads. And Aireside Accounting, an accountancy practice, where we built the website and the deadline automation running behind it. We are not going to pad that list. If you want a mortgage broker reference, we do not have one yet, and we will tell you that on the first call rather than the fourth.

It is a retainer, and we are straight about how that works. While you are subscribed the site is live, hosted, maintained and improved. There is a three-month minimum, then 30 days notice. If you want to take the build outright and host it yourself, there is a one-off buyout figure, agreed in writing before you start rather than invented at the point you want to leave. If the retainer stops and you have not bought it out, the site comes down, because the service stops. The buyout exists specifically to kill the lock-in worry.
