Most clients start on Growth at £350 a month, with no setup fee. That covers the build, hosting, SEO foundations, AI-search readiness and a couple of hours of changes each month. First month is paid on kickoff, with a 3-month minimum, then 30 days notice. There is a Lite plan from £150 a month if you just want to get live and grow later. You always get a clear price in plain English before anything begins.
Faster than you are probably used to. A Lite site goes live in around 14 days, a Growth site in around 21 days. Bigger builds with custom functionality take a few weeks more. We can move that quickly because the people writing the code are the ones making the decisions. No round-robin approvals, no waiting on a project manager who waits on someone else.
Because you get a real website and real growth work without London prices, and you talk to the people really doing it. We are an agency outside London, so no big-agency overheads get passed on to you. We build the site, set up the search foundations, improve AI-search readiness and keep it running, all on one monthly fee. If you have been burned by an agency before, that is the part most people tell us feels different.
The website itself, hosting, SSL, SEO foundations, AI-search readiness and a set number of changes each month. Want social media, Google Ads or deeper SEO on top? Those are separate growth services you can add when you are ready, so the website fee stays simple and predictable.
It is a subscription, and we are upfront about how that works. While you are subscribed, your website is live, hosted and maintained, with the content, on-site SEO foundations, AI-search readiness and conversion work included. Whenever you want, you can take the build outright with a one-off buyout: £1,500 for a Lite five-page site, £3,500 for a Growth site, and then you can host it anywhere. If the subscription stops and you have not bought it out, the live site comes down because the service stops. The buyout is how we kill the lock-in worry, no games.
