Content days for businesses

A month of content from one day at your place.

For clinics, salons, gyms, venues and studios that want real footage of their own people, filmed and edited for them.

The problem

Nobody on the team has time to film

Most owners know they should post more video. The people who are good on camera are also the people serving customers, and footage shot between appointments rarely gets edited.

So what goes out is whatever was easy: a product on a counter, a room with nobody in it. On one account we run, a Reel of an empty room brought in the cheapest views the account had ever had, and almost nobody followed. People follow people, so we plan every content day around your team talking to camera.

What we would film at yours

Your team at work

The part customers pay for, filmed from where they sit or stand, with their agreement.

Questions to camera

We collect the questions your customers ask most and get your best people answering them. Each answer becomes its own short video.

Your space and your products

Shot before the doors open, while it is quiet and tidy.

Photos as well

Abbie takes stills through the day, for your website, your Google profile and the grid.

Example day

An example half day

This is what a half day might look like. We plan yours around your opening hours and your busiest people.

  1. 08:00

Set up before customers arrive. Empty room shots and product close ups.

  2. 09:00

Questions to camera with the owner or lead practitioner, in one set-up.

  3. 10:30

Your team at work with real customers who have signed a release form.

  4. 12:00

Short pieces with the rest of the team.

  5. 13:00

Wrap. We take everything away to edit.

Reels from our content lead

Amber Cannon films and edits our content days. These are Reels she has made for hospitality, retail, beauty, fitness and lifestyle clients. Tap any of them to watch.

The person who edits these is the person behind the camera on your day.

A good fit if

  • You have a place worth filming and a team worth meeting
  • Someone on the team will talk to camera, or is willing to try
  • You will post what we make, or you want us to post it for you

Probably not for you if

  • You need a single advert by Friday
  • Nobody in the business is willing to be on camera

Who we have filmed for

On 30 September 2026 we filmed a half day for Dean Heim & Co, an interior design and build studio in Harrogate, across three of their projects. We have run their Instagram since June 2026, when it had 549 followers. It had 3,903 on 13 September, from Reels and a Meta campaign.

Amber has shot and edited Reels for hospitality, retail, beauty and fitness clients, and some of them are on this page.

Answers

Questions we get asked

No. Most days start before you open, so we get the space and the products while it is quiet, then film around customers once they arrive. If there is a slot where we would be in the way, we plan round it.

Most people do at first. Mike runs the interviews as a conversation, and the first few answers are a warm up that nobody else sees. You see every piece before it goes out, and nothing goes out that you are not happy with.

Nobody appears without signing a release form. We bring the forms, send them ahead where we can, and Abbie looks after them on the day.

It depends on how long we are there, how many places we film and how much editing you need. You get the figure in writing before you book. The form asks for a rough budget, which lets us tell you straight away whether it works.

Yes, if you want that. We can plan, post and run Meta ads on the footage each month. Plenty of businesses take the edits and post them themselves, and that is fine too.

We are based in Essex and film across Essex and London most of the time. We go further when the job suits it: our last content day was in Harrogate. Travel outside Essex and London is added to the quote, and you see it before you book.

Tell us what you're working on

Fill in the form and tell us what you're trying to achieve, who you're going after and what you can spend. Mike reads every one and comes back with a straight answer on whether we can help.

Takes two minutes. No calls, no diary tennis. A reply within one working day.
