The brief
Summit Mentality is a community-led running club competing in a crowded space against clubs that have been online for decades. The team wanted to grow membership and event sign-ups through Google — but doing that meant overtaking competitors with vastly more domain age, backlinks and content history.
The challenge
SEO in a mature local market is a long game. Established clubs had been ranking on the same searches for ten or twenty years. Summit Mentality needed an SEO programme that didn't pretend that gap didn't exist — but worked smart enough to close it, and fast enough that the founders could see real progress quarter on quarter.

SEO isn't a one-shot deal. We kept improving — content, internal linking, technical fundamentals — month after month, so the gains compounded rather than plateaued.
The outcome
Summit Mentality overtook running clubs with one to two decades of online presence in the rankings.
