The brief
KS Air Conditioning installs, services and maintains air-conditioning systems for homes, offices, restaurants and industrial sites across Kent and the surrounding counties. Owner Kyle Sibthorpe had built the business on reputation and referral, and was ready to make Google work as a serious lead source alongside word of mouth.
The challenge
When someone in Kent searched "air conditioning installation near me," "AC repair," or "office aircon servicing," KS Air Conditioning wasn't showing up. The website was an obstacle rather than an asset, and Google didn't have the signals it needed to put a trusted local contractor in front of the right people.
Kyle didn't want a flashy site for its own sake. He wanted a tool that pulled its weight: clear about what he does, who he serves, and easy for a real customer to act on.
What we did
A clean, trade-credible website
We rebuilt the site around the way potential customers actually decide on a trade: see the work, understand the services, judge the trust signals, then make contact in one or two clicks. Service pages explain installations, repairs, servicing and commercial work in plain language, with prominent calls to call or message.
Local SEO foundations
We optimised every page for the location-and-service combinations that matter for KS Air Conditioning's catchment. Clear page titles, structured content, schema markup, and a tightened Google Business Profile so the same name, address and phone number show up consistently wherever Google checks.
Ongoing SEO
Once the foundations were in, we kept building. More service-and-area pages, better internal linking, and steady authority work to lift KS Air Conditioning above bigger, older competitors in the local pack and organic results.
The outcome
KS Air Conditioning now appears at the top of local search results for the services and areas it cares about most. Customers are arriving through Google with intent, ready to book a survey or call out an engineer.
