We're currently hiring for the following role:
SEO Specialist / Account Manager
We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist / Account Manager based in South Africa to join our team. You'll manage client SEO campaigns end-to-end, build strong client relationships, and use modern SEO tooling to deliver outstanding results efficiently. This is a full-time, permanent remote position working UK business hours.
What you'll do
- Manage and execute SEO strategies for a portfolio of UK-based clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as their primary point of contact
- Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis
- Report on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (technical, on-page, and off-page)
- Strong account management skills with client-facing experience
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Nice to have
- +Experience with web development or technical SEO implementation
- +Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
- +Knowledge of content strategy and content marketing
- +Experience working with UK-based clients or agencies
- +Understanding of PPC and paid media as it relates to SEO
